How we work

Audit first, send second, prove it monthly

A four-stage method that puts the compliant foundation before the first send, then proves its worth in euros every month.

FAQ

Process questions

How long until the first campaign goes out?+
Usually two to three weeks. Week one is the audit; weeks two and three are consent, sender-ID, and flow setup. We do not rush a send before the compliant foundation is in place, because a fast launch on weak consent is a liability, not a win.
What metrics do you hold yourself to?+
Delivery, campaign and automation click rate, conversion, and opt-out, each judged against a public benchmark. Across our brands delivery averages 97%, campaign clicks 13.8%, and opt-out 0.7%, inside Klaviyo’s "good" band.
Do we own the account and data?+
Always. We build inside your platform and your sender IDs. If we part ways, the list, the flows, and the consent records stay with you. That is the only honest way to run a marketing channel that is also a legal record.
