★ COMPLIANCE FIRST

Compliant by default, not as an afterthought

We build on GDPR Article 6 and 7 and the ePrivacy Directive Article 13. That means real opt-in, recorded consent, an easy STOP in every message, and sender IDs registered where countries like Spain and Italy require it.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Is SMS marketing legal in the EU?+
Yes, with consent. The ePrivacy Directive (Article 13) requires prior opt-in for marketing texts, and the GDPR defines that consent as freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous. We set up compliant consent capture so every send rests on a lawful basis.
How is SMS different from email for ecommerce?+
Reach and speed. In Omnisend’s 2025 data SMS campaigns clicked at 12.39% versus 0.74% for email, roughly 17 times higher, and around 90% of texts are read within three minutes. SMS works best as a sharp, timed layer on top of email, not a replacement.
What does an SMS program cost?+
Our retainers start at €1,200/month for strategy, copy, build, and reporting. Message costs are billed at carrier cost, which in the EU runs roughly €0.04 per text in the UK to €0.09 or more in Germany and Italy, depending on destination.
Do you handle sender IDs and deliverability?+
Yes. We register alphanumeric sender IDs where countries require it, such as Spain’s CNMC registry and Italy’s AGCOM rules, then configure STOP handling so messages land and stay compliant across markets.
